Delete your JAB Studio account

You can delete your JAB Studio account and the data associated with it at any time, in the app or by email.

Option 1: in the app

1. Open JAB Studio and go to Account.
2. Tap Settings, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is closed immediately.

Option 2: by email

Write to hello@jabstudio.app from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my JAB Studio account". We will confirm your identity and process the request.

What we delete

• Your account and profile information (name, email, phone, photo).
• Your listings and property information.
• Your photos and videos, and all the content created from them.

What we keep, and for how long

• We delete your data within 30 days of your request.
• We keep transaction records (for example, purchase receipts) only as long as required for legal, tax or accounting purposes.
• Content you already exported or shared outside JAB Studio is not affected, because it's no longer in our systems.
