This Privacy Policy explains how JAB AGENCY LLC ("JAB", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use the JAB Studio mobile app, the website at jabstudio.app and related services (together, the "Service").

1. Who we are

JAB Studio is operated by JAB AGENCY LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Miami, Florida, USA. For any privacy question, write to hello@jabstudio.app.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account information: your name, email address and, if you choose to add it, your phone number and profile photo. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the name and email address that the provider shares with us.
• Property information: addresses, property details and descriptions you enter for your listings.
• Your content: photos and videos you capture or upload, and the photos, videos and text the Service creates from them.
• Communications: messages you send us and your requests to our team.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage information: device type, operating system, app version, and how you use features of the Service, used to keep it working and improve it.
• Location: only if you allow it, to help fill in a property's address. You can turn this off in your device settings.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Apple, Google or our payment processor. We receive confirmation of your purchase, but we do not receive or store your full card number.

3. How we use your information

• To provide the Service: enhance your photos, create videos and text, and deliver your listing content.
• To create and manage your account, process purchases and provide support.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with the law.
• To improve the quality of the Service, including the edits you approve or ask us to change.
• To send you service messages and, if you agree, news about JAB Studio. You can opt out at any time.

4. AI processing

To enhance your photos and create your content, your photos, videos and property details are processed by our systems and by carefully selected artificial intelligence service providers acting on our behalf. These providers may only use your content to perform the service for us. We do not allow them to use your content to train their own models where we can control that setting.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:

• With service providers that help us run the Service (cloud hosting, AI processing, payments, email and analytics), under contracts that protect your information.
• When you choose to share: for example, when you export content or share it to social media or other apps.
• If required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of JAB, our users or others.
• As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your information.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep your account information and content while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information and your content within 30 days, except for records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons, such as transaction records.

7. Your choices and rights

• Access and correction: you can view and update your account information in the app.
• Deletion: you can delete your account and your data at any time. See how to delete your account.
• Withdraw consent: you can turn off permissions (camera, photos, location, notifications) in your device settings, and unsubscribe from marketing emails.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. To exercise any right, write to hello@jabstudio.app.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No system is completely secure, so we also limit who can access your information and review our practices regularly.

9. Children

JAB Studio is a professional tool for real estate agents. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. International users

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.

11. Changes to this Policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and let you know in the app or by email before the changes take effect.
